The Effect of Plyometric Exercise on Running Ability In Elementary School Students

This study aims to determine the effect of plyometric training on running ability 5th grade elementary school students. research is included in quantitative type experimental research. The method was chosen because data were form numbers and analyzed based statistics (Sugiyono). used a group pretest-posttest design. subjects graders at Padas Elementary School, Ngawi Regency with population 60 sampling technique random sample 20 selection students who have weaknesses running, lack understanding basic techniques. collection carried out test then score assessment out. by giving pretest before being treated posttest after given treatment. results showed that there an fifth hypothesis result 1.08. obtained significant exercises applied. So it can be concluded between ability.
